The Vintage Room Devereaux's private Vintage Room is a beautifully decorated, intimate room surrounded by 100 year-old brick walls, 10 foot mahogany-arched windows and a magnificent wine cellar. A 42” plasma screen television and a large projector screen are available for professional presentations and business functions. The Vintage Room seats up to 30 guests for banquets or 50 standing guests for cocktail parties or receptions. There is a $50 room rental fee and a minimum gratuity of $150 or 20% of charges (whichever is greater) associated with events in The Vintage Room at Devereaux's.This charge will be added to the final bill. Entire Restaurant Rental For larger events, Devereaux’s rents the entire restaurant that includes a main dining room, bar area, Vintage Room, and outdoor patio. Perfect for private parties, special dinners, receptions and more, the entire restaurant rental can feature food prepared by the talented culinary team and full cocktail service. There is seating for 125 guests or room for 300 guests for a reception among the main dining room, elegant bar and outdoor garden patio. Requests are welcomed for special events and complete privacy is assured, as the public will not be allowed entry during your event. Fees will be determined based on the event requests.
