In addition to his guest chef appearance at Devereaux's, Chef Keller also conducted a seminar on his philosophies during the Southern Exposure Seminar/Demonstration series held in Falls Park earlier in the day.

Southern Exposure
Southern Exposure is a weekend long food, wine and music event held in Downtown Greenville each September. The three day event includes exclusive tasting events, cooking demonstrations and wine seminars, as well as multi-course dinners and live musical performances. Dedicated to excellence, Southern Exposure features domestic and international wines, celebrity chefs, master sommeliers, and national recording artists.
Southern Exposure shines a spotlight on Greenville South Carolina's thriving Culinary and Arts Communities. Greenville, situated at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, stands out with its award winning downtown, vast entertainment options, and diverse population. Most of the weekend's activities will take place at the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, Falls Park, various downtown restaurants and along Main Street.
Supporting the community from which this event originated, proceeds from Southern Exposure will fund the 501 (c)(3) created by Sobocinski and McCain to benefit local non-profit organizations. Past recipients have included A Child's Haven, for the support of a music and exercise program, Friends of the Reedy River for erosion prevention efforts and landscaping of the river front, Loaves & Fishes for alleviating summer hunger through 10 new programs, South Carolina Children's Theatre for theatre outreach efforts, St. Francis Foundation for a new music therapy program, Triune Mercy Center for stocking the pantry , and Zest Quest for the development of parenting and mentoring programs.
