What to Expect?

The Menu Styles: At Devereaux's we want our guests to have their choice, which is why we feature two types of menus - Guest Selection Menu and Chef's Tasting Menu.

Our Dinner Menu is ala carte and consists of appetizers, entrees and desserts which are chosen by each guest to suit their individual preferences. Click here to view menus

Our highly acclaimed Chef's Tasting Menu and our Chef's Ultimate Tasting Menu consist of 5 to 10 courses, respectively, of the Chef's personal selections for the evening. This is our most requested style of menu and it allows each guest to experience multiple dishes and the true culinary expertise for which Devereaux's is renowned. Please Note: Due to the multiple courses and presentation, Chef's Tastings are available to entire tables only.

The Flavors: The Chef personally selects each ingredient to accentuate the taste, texture, consistency, and seasonality for the absolute best flavor combination of every dish. Devereaux's guests leave feeling pleasantly full, not uncomfortably stuffed.

The Wine: In addition to fabulous food and service, Devereaux's features an outstanding wine list made up of popular and boutique wines. You may be familiar with some of our selections, however, our staff is very knowledgable, so feel free to allow us to introduce you to some of our "choice" selections from unique vineyards around the world. Our Wine Director consults closely with Chef Spencer to create a selection of wines which enhance each menu item. For your convenience, our Chef's Tasting Menu suggests the wine pairings right on the menu. To enhance your dining experience ask Devereaux's to make a pairing suggestion for your meal.
